Music Together of Wellesley Policies

 

CLASSES: The fall, winter and spring terms consist of NINE 45-minute classes and are held at our two locations. The summer session consists of SIX 45-minute classes, held in our fully air-conditioned studios in Wellesley and Needham.

REGISTRATION: Priority is given to returning families from fall to winter, winter to spring and spring to fall. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for the summer. All efforts will be made to accommodate your first choice.  No priority exists from summer to fall. There is a non-refundable registration/administration fee for all families--$20 for new and $10 for returning.

CONFIRMATION: You will receive an email before the first day of class confirming your spot in class.

CANCELLATION: All classes must have a minimum of five and a maximum of 12 children.    

REFUNDS: Refunds are available a week before the first class unless the class is cancelled. If a class is cancelled, tuition will be fully refunded. Special consideration will be granted under special circumstances. (A $50 cancellation fee will be processed in these situations or a credit can be issued to the customer account).

MAKE-UPS: If you miss a class, you can come to an existing class during any week of the term you are enrolled in. All make-ups are scheduled online.
